Joanna Bishop - Founding Partner
Joanna Bishop is a London rental property market specialist. Prior to founding Joanna Bishop & Partners, she
spent 9 years working at Property Vision. She has extensive experience advising tenants and finding properties for
a broad range of clients from senior board level executives relocating to London, clients looking for a rental home
whilst searching to buy a property, to repeat rental clients who need help with their next move. Prior to this, Joanna
worked for 9 years in Investment Banking with her career predominantly spent at CS First Boston and JP Morgan.

Claire Graham - Client Support and Administration
Claire joined Joanna Bishop & Partners from the start and has worked in the property market for most of her career
to-date having spent the last 7 years at Property Vision in various roles, notably assisting Joanna Bishop in the
London Rental Department and additionally supporting the buying team & marketing department. Claire’s core role
is client support for the pre-tenancy administration whilst also assisting Joanna, Eleanor
and Victoria with client searches.

Victoria Crosthwaite - Client Search
Victoria joined Joanna Bishop & Partners in 2013 after more than 16 years experience in the Central London
residential rental property market. Victoria set-up and managed the rental department for the Belgravia specialist
estate agency, Ayrton Wylie, for more than 5 years. Latterly, Victoria assisted Joanna Bishop at Property Vision
working with clients and their rental property searches.
